About the role

This is a part-time, fixed term contract for 15.2 hours per week.

The purpose of the Program Support Officer ,Operations role is to provide administrative support to the Operations and Finance Team to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Administer and process invoices for goods and consumables purchased on behalf of customers to the Service Provider Platform (SPP).
  • Develop and maintain effective and mutually beneficial relationships through contribution to, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Proactively support continuous improvement of process to achieve efficiency and accuracy of data across all functions of the business.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Business Development team to create and maintain a supportive team environment.

You will bring

  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and an ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  •  Ability to always build and maintain effective working relationships and act
    professionally and particularly when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and experience with using database systems and online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of business systems and processes
  • High level of attention to detail with repetitive tasks
  • Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise project tasks and adhere to project timelines.
