DESCRIPTION:Northern Health are holding an event in the Epping Campus front foyer with tables with information\, open and respectful conversations\, myth busting and more for the community and Northern Health staff. \nCommunity members will have the opportunity to answer the question “What is important to you at end of life?” by writing their answer on paper leaves and placing on a large 2D tree that will be set up in the foyer. \nDepartments and Community Organisations that will be attending and participating with information tables set up include: \n\nAdvance Care Planning\nOrgan and Tissue Donation\nPastoral Care\nAboriginal Liaison Unit and Transcultural and Language Services teams\nCommunity (Banksia Palliative Care) and in Hospital Palliative Care teams\nHospital Without Walls teams\n\nCome and join Northern Health clinicians and community parters\, including Banksia Palliative Care team for open\, respectful conversations about dying\, death\, end-of-life and bereavement care.
