DESCRIPTION:FREE EVENT – BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL. \nJoin us for a FREE Death Cafe on Thursday 27th August\, 2026 from 2.00pm – 3.30pm. \nHosted by Ballarat Hospice Care\, Ballarat Cemeteries\, and Grampians Region Palliative Care Consortium\, the purpose of this Death Cafe is to encourage open conversations about mortality and end-of-life matters. \nWhile all of our organisations have extensive experience supporting people at the end of life\, during bereavement\, and through grief\, our Death Cafe itself is not a counselling\, education\, or support service. \nInstead\, we have come together to provide a welcoming\, respectful space where people can gather over tea\, coffee\, and snacks to engage in open\, group-directed conversations about death and dying.
