DESCRIPTION:Did you know approximately 80% of Australians support organ and tissue donation? \nDid you know only 2% of people who die in Australian hospitals are eligible to donate their organs? \nJoin me for a respectful conversation about organ and tissue donation. \nI will be joined by Cathy who is generously sharing her experience to support a family members’ wish to donate their organs and also a Donation Specialist Nurse from RPA who will talk about their role in supporting donor families at what is a very vulnerable and raw time in their lives. \nBring your curiousity and let’s chat about a topic too often avoided. Share your thoughts\, experiences\, ask questions and connect with others.
