Maureen is a yoga and meditation teacher with a love of movement and learning. She started the journey as a student and then a teacher in a Traditional Japanese Martial Art for 15 years which led to an introduction to yoga and a deep dive “down the rabbit hole”. Maureen’s classes are inclusive, safe and suitable for all levels. Her mantra in class is “you do you”. She supports students to create a body and mind connection using breath and movement. Maureen’s classes offer a variety of traditional and modern practices in movement, breath work and meditation. With a sprinkling of philosophy both traditional and modern, weaved into the class.
