Learn to Sew with Boomerang Bags
Does your sewing machine sit in the cupboard unused and unloved, do you feel daunted by all the dials or would you just simply like to learn to sew?
Every Wednesday in March, join us at our weekly sewing bees for FREE informal introductory sewing lessons.
Learn the essentials involved in operating a sewing machine, threading, needle and bobbin changes, basic sewing, and feel the joy of mastering simple mending techniques that we all put in the too hard basket such as hemming and inserting a zipper.
Boomerang Bags lovely volunteers will make you feel welcome and share a cuppa with you.
Sewing machines and pre-loved fabrics are provided or bring your own machine and a project you want to complete.
