What is Zoom?
It is a tool that allows you to meet with people virtually through video or audio calls.
Where can I access Zoom?
Zoom can be accessed through your phone, computer or laptop.
How do I join the Zoom meeting?
You are not required to create a Zoom account but you are welcome to do so if you wish.
How do I join the Zoom meeting?
Proveda will email you a Zoom link prior to the event and you will need to do the following to access the event:
- You can try the Zoom link prior to make sure it opens prior to the event
- Click on the Zoom event link to start the session on the day
- You will be prompted to download the application if you haven’t installed it yet. Just follow the prompts to install. If you did not receive a prompt, you may go to https://zoom.us/download
- You might be prompted to enter the Meeting ID the meeting password, which is on the Proveda Zoom link email.
