An LGBTIQ+ led project in Darlinghurst: through artistic expression and discussions to increase death literacy, empower end-of-life planning, and build compassionate communities via workshops, guest speakers, and a culminating live/exhibition.
A series of four events, creating a safe and engaging space to explore end-of-life themes.
Blending art, storytelling, and performance, each of the four events will include ticketed workshops, as well as a FREE Death Café.
Death Cafés are about sharing experiences, reflections, and thoughts around death in a safe, non-judgemental space. At these Cark It Cafes guest speakers will bring insight, lived experience, and practical knowledge to help us navigate the often-avoided topic of death and dying.
