Tiffany is a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for community, movement, and mindful living. Her journey began 15 years ago in China, where she cultivated a thriving yoga club at her workplace.
Since moving to Australia three years ago, she has balanced her career as a software engineer with her love for teaching yoga. With a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Certification and a Meditation Teacher Certification, she brings depth and warmth to her classes. She is currently completing her Chair Yoga Teacher Training, expanding her offerings to make yoga even more accessible.
