What’s It All About?
We are all impacted by death in our lives. It might be for the people we love, or it might be our own.
McGlynn Hunt Funerals have organised a Dying to Know Day, held at our premises, 38-40 Madden Ave, Mildura on Tuesday, 5th August.
D2KD seeks to inspire individuals to prepare for the inevitable not with fear, but with purpose, love, and a focus on legacy. It provides a safe space designed to normalise discussions surrounding death, dying, and grief. This initiative encourages individuals to learn about, engage in, and plan for their own end-of-life experiences while also supporting others in doing the same.
We have invited several guest speakers who will deliver presentations and share valuable insights on end-of-life arrangements. Followed by a Q&A session.
Attendees are encouraged to participate in an open discussion with both the speakers & MHF staff. Additionally, visitors are invited to tour our facilities.
Together, we can break down the stigma and sense of awkwardness associated with conversations about death, dying and grief.
