Dying to Know Day Community Event
A half day event targeted towards consumers who support patients and families/carers at end-of-life. The event will provide consumers with the opportunity to attend various short presentations about advance care planning and end of life care as well as a panel discussion by palliative and end-of-life care experts and then network with various support organizations and staff for any questions or to access resources.
