Join us for a playful, thought provoking education session to help you engage with end of life planning in a new way!
It is never too early to get your death related ducks in a row but we can leave it too late. . .
Getting your head & heart around some of the logistics that are part and parcel with death and dying is a GIFT – to you and your loved ones.
Dying to Know Day is an annual campaign that empowers all adult Australians to be strong self-advocates for their own personal planning when it comes to their future.
Adults at all stages of life are encouraged to take action to improve their knowledge around choices for their end-of-life.
This workshop will cover three key areas to support you taking action to ‘get dead set’.
We shall have a bit of a paperwork party
Get to know who is who in your end of life zoo
and start contemplating an epic finale party – choose your own adventure style
Your host, Erin, hopes you leave feeling inspired by the multitude of end of life possibilities – we have more choice and control than we are led to believe! You’ll also be more empowered and equipped to have conversations with the people most important to you about your unique choices and wishes for your end-of-life.
Please note Erin will be talking openly about death and dying. If you are not feeling resourced in yourself, that’s ok, perhaps skip this session out. There will be other opportunities.
This session is for general information only. Spaces for this free workshop are limited. Reserve your place here.
