Grief First Aid

What is Grief First Aid?

We are proud to support the delivery of Grief First Aid, helping Australian workplaces and communities build confidence in responding to grief.

Grief First Aid teaches practical, non-clinical skills that help people respond to loss with confidence, compassion and steady presence. Through simple, human-first tools and practices, the program supports organisations to build consistent, caring practices and contribute to a more grief literate Australia.

Build culture and workplace safety by understanding grief.

Every year in Australian workplaces, many people are navigating grief while continuing their professional responsibilities. Without the right understanding and support, grief can affect wellbeing, connection and workplace culture.

Grief First Aid training helps individuals and organisations respond with clarity, confidence and care. By building shared understanding and practical skills, workplaces can create psychologically safe environments where people feel supported during times of loss.

Grief First Aid equips workplaces to respond to grief with clarity, confidence and care – combining contemporary research, lived experience and practical training to create safer, more supportive cultures.
