Gentle Transitions Advocacy and Support warmly invites the Mansfield community to a powerful Advance Care Planning Forum at the Delatite Hotel, supporting the national Dying to Know Day campaign.
This free community event is designed to open up honest, empowering conversations about death, dying, and end-of-life planning — encouraging individuals to become more informed and confident when it comes to making final arrangements.

The Good 2 Go Collective will also be in attendance with information and resources to support death literacy and informed decision-making.
Attendees are invited to ask questions about a wide range of topics including:
- The difference between a Will and an Advance Care Plan
- Voluntary Assisted Dying
- Shrouds, caskets, and coffins — what’s the difference?
- The three respectful methods of body disposition available in Australia
- What options and supports are available locally
Afternoon tea will be provided, and all community members are welcome.
