Dementia Prevention and Brain Health: Hear from Samantha Humphreys, Dementia Consultant at Proveda, as she shares practical tips and insights on maintaining brain health and preventing dementia.
The ABC’s of Healthy Ageing: Be guided by Gwen Korebrits, CEO and founder of Dance Health Alliance, and discover practical ways to stay active, confident and engaged through the later years. Explore key elements of healthy ageing, including mobility, balance, brain health and overall wellbeing. Enjoy simple tips, gentle movement suitable for all abilities, and strategies that support quality of life. The talk is warm, inclusive and designed to inspire positive steps toward ageing well.

Samantha Humphreys
Samantha Humphreys is one of Proveda’s Care Coordinators and resident Dementia Consultant. Samantha has over 15 years of industry experience supporting people living with dementia. In 2020, Samantha completed her associate degree in dementia care.
