Marketing and Communications Coordinator
About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in delivering marketing outputs and supporting the strategic direction and digital capability of the marketing team. This role is varied and interesting, with responsibility across a range of activities including:
- Digital marketing and analytics
- Social media
- Graphic design
- Media relations
- Content creation and newsletters
- Website management
- Stakeholder engagement campaigns
- Email marketing journeys
Reporting to the Manager – Marketing and Communications, you will be part of a small but dynamic team with involvement in the overall strategic planning and implementation of marketing activities and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

About You
Must Have’s:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Desire to do meaningful work with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Highly motivated, flexible, and quality driven
- Strategic thinker and ability to show initiative and proactivity
- Digital marketing expertise
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, WordPress (or similar web platforms)
- Social Media experience – (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience in copywriting with keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be vaccinated with booster for Covid-19
- Be willing to undergo an NDIS worker screen check
- Passionate about supporting vulnerable people to live the life they want
- Collaborative Team Player
Wish List:
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premier Pro and Photoshop), Mailchimp, Google Analytics
- Photo and video editing production
