Dying to Know Day: Exploring End-of-Life Choices, Care and What Matters Most
Exploring End-of-Life Choices, Care and What Matters Most is a free event hosted by the Compassionate Care Collective, designed as a gentle and practical space where people can simply listen, gather information, ask questions if they wish, and begin thinking about end-of-life matters before a crisis occurs.
This is for anyone who wants to feel more informed, prepared and supported around end-of-life matters. You might be planning for yourself, caring for someone else, supporting a loved one, working or volunteering in community care, or simply curious about what choices and supports are available locally.
Shanna Provost will facilitate a panel conversation with people who bring lived and professional experience in end-of-life care, along with optional smaller conversations, practical activities and useful information to take home.
Panel members include representatives from Palliative Care NSW, local end of life doula networks, end of life home care guides, and natural burial practitioners.
You are welcome to take part in the way that feels right for you — listen quietly, ask a question, browse flyers, visit stallholders or join a conversation.
Bookings requested for planning purposes. Thanks to Proveda who have supported with grant funding.
