Final Footprints- End of Life
Final Footprints is a free End of Life care coordination and information service run through Baptistcare. We are hosting a morning tea for any community members that wish to discuss Death, Dying and preparing for End of Life in a safe and comfortable space.
Whether you are a carer, someone with a life limiting illness or just wanting more information on the subject, we will be here to answer any of your questions and have a gentle discussion around End of Life. Discuss dying with dignity, support available and how to access it and documents to prepare to ensure you have the fundamentals in place should there be a need.
