Interactive End-of-Life Planning Workshop in Subiaco
Join Karin Ulrich, an End of Life Doula, for an interactive workshop on end-of-life planning, legacy and what matters most.
Dying to Know Day is a national initiative that encourages Australians to have meaningful conversations about end-of-life planning, legacy and what matters most to them.
While death is a part of life, many people find it difficult to discuss their wishes with family and loved ones. This workshop provides a welcoming and respectful environment to explore these important topics, learn about available options, and consider how planning ahead can support both ourselves and those we care about.
Through a guided and interactive exercise, participants will reflect on their personal experiences of loss, change and grief. Using storytelling and a life timeline activity, attendees will explore key life stages and consider how these experiences have influenced their values, perspectives and understanding of life’s journey.
This session is designed to encourage thoughtful conversation, personal reflection and greater confidence in discussing end-of-life matters.
