Nillumbik Shire Council has partnered with Banksia Palliative Care to host a Dying To Know Day event in August.
At this event Banksia Palliative Care will present on topics such as:
- Options for future planning
- End-of-life care
- Support for families
- How to embrace death as a part of life
This event will empower you to take steps towards leaving a loving legacy for those you care about and who care about you and will inform you to have those tough conversations with family and loved ones.
