Charters Towers Compassionate Communities are hosting 2 events to acknowledge Dying to Know Day.

Event 1: Before I die Wall

People can write (with paint pens) what they would like to achieve before they die. This wall will be a temporary structure in the Excelsior Library, Gill Street, Charters Towers for a week before Dying to Know Day. Then it will be transported to event location.

Event 2: Legacy Leaving opportunity

Participants will be given basic resources to create a Memory Box or write a Letter for when they are gone. this event will be held at the Returned Services League Club on Prior Street, Charters Towers.

Both options will be facilitated by Compassionate Communities volunteers. A quiet, well being space will allow people to chat with a counselor and make up a vial of individualize aromatherapy oils.

Catering for lunch is included.
