Support at Home Information Session – St Ives
Join the Proveda team at the St Ives Community Centre for an informative session where we will discuss the upcoming changes to the Aged Care System which will be in place from 1 November.
During this session we will discuss what to expect if you are already receiving a Home Care Package, including changes to the levels of support as well as the funding and the services you may be eligible for.
If you are just starting your journey into Aged Care, or looking at options for a loved one, we will be able to help you navigate the new system and what to expect.
There will be time for questions at the end of the session and morning tea will be provided.
