Support at Home Information Session – St Ives
Join the Proveda team at the St Ives Community Centre for an informative session where we will discuss the recent changes to the Aged Care System which took place from 1 November 2025.
During this session we will discuss changes made for people previously on a Home Care Package, including changes to the levels of support as well as the funding and the services you may be eligible for.
If you are just starting your journey into Aged Care, or looking at options for a loved one, we will be able to help you navigate the new system and what to expect.
There will be time for questions at the end of the session and afternoon tea will be provided.
