The Art of Letting Go: Decluttering Your Keepsakes
We all have those sentimental items—the airline tickets from your first trip abroad, the heirlooms passed down through generations, the artwork that fills your walls with memories. But when these items start to pile up, they can take up more space in our lives than we realise.
Join Kristina, The Decluttering Diva, for a practical, heartfelt online event where you’ll learn how to let go of sentimental clutter while still honouring the memories that matter most. Whether you’re holding onto items from travels, gifts, or family heirlooms, Kristina will guide you through the process of decluttering in a way that feels right for you.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- Why it’s hard to let go of sentimental items and how to shift your mindset
- Practical steps to evaluate what to keep, what to let go, and why
- Clever ideas for preserving memories without holding onto physical items
- Tips for dealing with inherited items and how to approach family treasures
- Real-life examples and strategies from Kristina’s decluttering experience
By the end of the session, you’ll feel empowered to declutter your keepsakes with confidence and ease, knowing that you’re making space for what truly brings joy to your life.

About the Host
Hi, I’m Kristina Duke, the head of Decluttering Diva.
I am mum of three wonderful kids aged 15, 17 & 20 and a wife to a husband who drives dangerous goods trucks for a living, and with 3 of them diagnosed with ADHD, you can imagine our lives and schedule are pretty crazy.
When I’m not decluttering homes I enjoy singing (hence the “diva” name), DIYing around my home, hanging with my friends, continuing my studies, op shopping and when I have spare time I love to read (especially books and magazines about organising!) and binge watch Netflix.
