Befriending Grief and Death
From morning time until dusk, this deep and delight-filled day-retreat is designed to reveal new insights into the life we have lived, and the life we are yet to live through embracing grief and death. Using diverse perspectives and processes we tenderly unwrap our heartache and allow the time and space to bring reverence to our grief and living losses, along with the knowledge that we – and all that we love – will one day die.
As we refine the quality of our attention in service of death and our deep grief, we ultimately find ourselves more open to the gifts and revelations that the journey of Life has to offer us.
