Hosted by Go Gentle’s CEO, Dr Linda Swan, this free one-hour webinar will explore how families work together to fulfill their loved one’s final wishes.

On the panel are Sarah Gilbert, who accompanied her father, David, to Switzerland to have an assisted death; Mitchell Warnock, who supported his mother to have a living wake before she accessed VAD in 2023; and Dr Carolyn Lawlor-Smith who has assisted over 200 people in their VAD journey and was recently awarded an OAM for her services to the community.
