Austin Health – Dying To Know Day

The Austin Hospital Palliative Care team, along with colleagues from Cancer Services and people with lived experience, welcome you to a panel Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you have about serious illness, death and dying.

Dying to Know Day is an annual campaign designed to normalise conversations about death, dying and the bereavement process. Its purpose is to empower individuals to consider their end-of-life choices and legal planning before it’s too late.

This will be a hybrid event, so while we encourage you to attend in person, space is limited and you may also join us live online. After registering, a link to join the event will be sent to you closer to the date. Please register here with Humanitix

How to Get to the Olivia Newton-John Wellness Centre

Austin Hospital, 145 Studley Road Heidelberg

Enter via ONJ Building, take lift to level 3 then turn right, go past cafe, then up one flight of stairs (or another lift) to Wellness Centre entrance on level 3A.
Heidelberg Train Station is just over the road, or there is car parking under the main Austin Tower building. There is also a drop off zone in front of the ONJ building.
