Death over Drinks

You’re Invited to our inaugural Death over Drinks, hosted by Newcastle Compassionate Community and supported by Dying to Know,

this will be an evening of community, connection and conversation.

Together, we’ll share food, stories, and bite-sized talks that open up honest conversations about dying, death, and grief.

You’ll be greeted with a welcome drink of your choice, and fresh hot pizza in a relaxed and welcoming space, allowing you to comfortably connect.

We’ll have activities to get you thinking and talking and hear from experienced industry providers sharing how they can help,

what’s available and where to start, along with personal stories, shining a light on loss and family led vigils and memorials.

We’ll end the night with a ‘you can’t ask that’ segment.

Join our collective of end-of-life professionals, educators, and community members who believe these conversations belong in everyday life.

Our aim is to create safe, compassionate spaces to learn, connect, and prepare.
