Dying to Know Education Event for Breast Cancer Patients
While conversations around death, dying and future care can be difficult, planning ahead is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our loved ones. This event will provide practical information, resources and expert insights to support advance care planning and end-of-life decisions, while creating a supportive space to connect, learn and normalise these important conversations. Support people are warmly welcome, with food and refreshments provided.
