Memento Mori at Ritual Kangaroo Island

Join us for Memento Mori, an immersive five-course degustation held on Dying to Know Day at Ritual on Kangaroo Island.

Dying to Know Day is an annual event that breaks the taboo around mortality, sparking honesty and curiosity around the topics of death and grief. We’ve partnered with Kangaroo Island death doula and holistic funeral celebrant Heidi Greig and co-host local doctor Tim Leeuwenberg to bring you a wickedly fun and warm evening of food, drink and playful exploration of all things death.

Guests will arrive at 5pm on Saturday 8 August for an intimate gathering where the menu, music, lighting and ambience have all been carefully crafted to immerse you fully in the experience. Your evening includes a five-course degustation, with themed cocktails, curated wines and non-alcoholic drinks available to purchase throughout the evening. Places for this special gathering are strictly limited.
