About the Role
The PMO & Risk Coordinator supports the delivery of project management and risk functions across the organisation. Based in Frenchs Forest, this role contributes to strengthening project tracking, governance processes, and organisational risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project tracking, reporting packs, dashboards and registers
Support project governance processes, milestones and risk monitoring
Maintain organisational risk registers and coordinate review cycles
Assist with audits, compliance activities and accreditation readiness
Prepare reports and ensure accuracy and integrity of data
Support staff with practical guidance on PMO and risk processes
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, tools and frameworks
About You
Experience in a project coordination, PMO, risk, governance or operations role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident working with data, systems and reporting tools
Clear communicator who can engage across all levels of the organisation
Proactive, organised and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively
Exposure to NDIS, aged care or regulated environments (nice to have)
