Quality and Policy Officer

The Quality and Policy Officer supports the development and maintenance of Proveda’s quality and policy frameworks, helping ensure compliance, best practice and positive outcomes across all areas of the business.
Working closely with the Manager, Quality & Compliance, this role will help identify opportunities for improvement, support organisational learning and contribute to a culture where quality and accountability are embedded in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation and review of organisational policies, procedures and quality documentation
- Assist in maintaining quality and compliance systems to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across services, programs and business functions
- Monitor changes in legislation, standards and industry requirements and support organisational compliance
- Assist with audits, quality reviews and compliance reporting activities
- Analyse quality data, incidents, feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to employees on quality and policy-related matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed best practice and quality outcomes across the organisation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with quality management requirements
- Adhere to Proveda’s Quality Management System and organisational objectives

About You
Expertise
- Experience in quality, compliance, policy development or governance
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks and quality standards within community, health or aged care services
- Experience developing, reviewing or maintaining policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Experience supporting audits, accreditation activities or quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High level organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
