Senior Coordinator – Provider Relationships
Working closely with the Operations Manager, the Senior Coordinator – Provider Relationships is responsible for managing the end-to-end management of third-party service providers within a brokerage model, ensuring providers are engaged, compliant, and delivering high-quality outcomes for customers.
This is a hands-on role providing day-to-day leadership without direct reports, guiding team members while driving consistency, prioritisation and accountability. The role operates in a highly exception-driven environment.

- Manage the full provider lifecycle, including onboarding, relationship management, performance monitoring, and offboarding
- Act as senior escalation point for provider issues
- Oversee invoice matching processes, including resolving discrepancies and managing exceptions
- Establish and enforce ticket governance, prioritisation and closure practices
- Lead pricing and rate negotiations with providers
- Own provider communications (operational updates, EDMs, newsletters)
- Maintain and utilise CRM (The Lookout Way) for reporting, communication and decision-making
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members (no direct reports)
- Ensure all work is tracked, visible, and prioritised appropriately
- Monitor provider performance, market share and service distribution
- Influence internal teams to drive consistent provider management practices

About You
- Demonstrated experience in provider, vendor, supplier or stakeholder relationship management
- Experience managing complex operational processes and competing priorities
Strong negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills - Highly developed problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate operational data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and provide meaningful operational insights
- Experience within health, aged care, disability, community services or human services sectors
- Experience working within a brokerage or service coordination model
Experience supporting process improvement, governance or operational transformation initiatives - Relevant qualifications in Business, Community Services, Health Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
- Experience in provider/vendor management within a service or brokerage model
Strong negotiation and influencing capability - Ability to manage complex, exception-heavy operational work
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills - Experience using CRM systems and interpreting operational data
Ability to lead without authority - Confident coaching and guiding others
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and change
- Pragmatic, solution-focused mindset
