Dying to Know Day Caboolture
This Dying to Know Day event will cover many of the facts of what you need to know about planning for end-of-life and allow you to get on with living.
From Estate Planning Specialists to RNs trained in Voluntary Assisted Dying and Advance Care Planning the topics will be thought provoking and informative.
Speakers will also share their story of what they needed taking home a family member to die and what they needed to do to ensure the person was safe and surrounded by love and what it takes to build a compassionate community.
